1. Definitions

5. Deposits & Payments

jne800 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly. In rare cases of payment gateway delays, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• jne800 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) will be rejected and returned. All deposits must originate from a payment method in your own legal name matching your jne800 account details.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): jne800 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation for large or suspicious deposits. Deposits suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals & Cashouts

Players may request withdrawals from their jne800 account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting software errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements (typically 10x-30x the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

General Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation.
• jne800 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of technical errors, manipulation, or unfair advantage. This includes bets placed on incorrect odds due to system errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, jne800's decision is final and binding.

Sports Betting: Bets on football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports are settled based on official results from the governing sports bodies. For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian Handicap rules apply as standard. Bets on postponed or canceled events are typically voided, with stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. Live in-play betting rules may differ slightly and are displayed during live betting sessions.

11. Limitations of Liability
